DOMESTIC
- Arrives within 3-10 days from shipping date depending on where you reside.
- All orders will include a tracking number, you will receive your tracking number via email once your package has been shipped.
- By making a purchase with us, you agree that Shop Love Design will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment.
INTERNATIONAL
- International shipping delivery times may vary between 2-12 weeks depending on your local post office. Unfortunately we are not able to provide a better estimated time of arrival as it is different for every country.
- Shipment to Canada usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.
- All orders will include a tracking number, but please note it is common to see no additional tracking information once your package leaves the US.
- Please check with your local post office or the customs department for any import duties, local taxes or handling charges that may be applied to your purchase.
- We do not determine any foreign duties or local taxes associated with imported packages and will not be held responsible for any of the charges that may occur.
- Please keep in mind that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you experience any problems during shipment please contact your local post office immediately.

Returns
Items eligible for return must be initiated within 30 days from the order delivery date. Refunds for returns go to the original form of payment less fees that are item dependent such as shipping and restocking fees. Allow for 10 business days from the receipt of a return for a charge credit. Prior to placing an order refer to the product detail page for the item specific return policy. After placing an order refer to confirmation or shipping update e-mails. Returnable items must arrive back to wwwshoplovedesign.com in original condition. Products must be new, unused, unaltered and uninstalled e.g. no cut or clipped wires, no contact with water and no writing on the shipping carton. Items must arrive with the original packaging and accessories. Products and packaging not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
Please contact Customer Service at hello@shoplovedesign.com or call 1-786-655-3622 for a return authorization and return instructions prior to returning your product Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization code.
Due to the nature of some types of orders the general return policy will not apply. Some exceptions include:
- Clearance items are sold as is and are not eligible for return.
- Orders for 10 or more of the same item are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
- Orders for items that are not on the www.shoplovedesign.com website may not be returned. Notification will be provided at the time of ordering if an item is not eligible for return. There will be no returns on Wallpapers and Cut Fabric Yardage.
- Custom and built-to-order items are not eligible for return.
- All returns must be submitted within twenty (20) days of purchase.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to processing or shipment; some exceptions apply. Prior to placing an order, please refer to the product detail page for the item specific cancellation policy. After placing an order refer to confirmation or shipping update e-mails. To request an order be cancelled contact Customer Service at hello@shoplovedesign.com or 1-786-655-3622. Cancellations are not executed until www.shoplovedesign.com confirms an order has not been processed or shipped. Provided www.shoplovedesign.com confirms an order has been cancelled credit will be issued to the original form of payment. Custom and built-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation. The item specific return policy applies to any cancellation request that cannot be executed.
Damaged Merchandise
Small Package Deliveries
For small package deliveries e.g. UPS and USPS that arrive damaged, contact Customer Service at hello@shoplovedesign.com or 1-786-655-3622 within 72 hours of receipt.
Customer participation is needed. Be prepared to provide photos of the damaged product if requested. Additional instructions will then be provided.
Damaged items instructed to be returned must arrive back to www.shoplovedesign.com in the condition they were received. Products must be new, unused, unaltered and uninstalled. No cut or clipped wires, no contact with water and no writing on the shipping carton. Items must include the original packaging and accessories.
Large Package Deliveries
Large package deliveries require a signature for the merchandise. Customers must inspect the delivery carton for visible damage. If a carton has visible damage or there is any reason for concern with the packaging or product condition, "product damaged" must be written on the face of the delivery receipt. Customers that sign for delivery and do not notate "damage" assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged. If at the time of delivery product itself appears to be significantly damaged the order may be refused.
